Christian education as a theological response to social realities focuses on the application of the teachings of Jesus Christ in daily life, especially in overcoming social inequality, poverty, and marginalization that occur in society. This article analyzes how the theological principles, such as love, justice, and forgiveness, contained in the Bible especially in Jesus' teachings in Matthew 22:37–40, Luke 4:18–19, and Matthew 5–7 can be used as the basis for education that serves not only for the formation of faith, but also for creating positive social change. Through a contextual theological approach and a literature analysis, this article shows that Christian education should not be separated from the social task of fighting for the well-being of humanity, especially the oppressed and marginalized. Christian education must integrate the values of the Kingdom of God, which prioritize justice, love, and peace, as an integral part of the formation of students' character. Thus, Christian education serves as an agent of social transformation that educates the younger generation to play an active role in building a more just and loving society, in accordance with the principles of the Christian faith. This article argues that Christian education must answer social challenges by grounding theological values in tangible social action.
